- Three Hosts: Instead of the normal number of hosts as 1. Two other hosts were brought along.
Twists[]
- Hidden Immunity Idol: This season used hidden immunity idols. The format is the same as a regular hidden immunity idol. The idol can only be played up till the final 5.
- Tribe Swap: On Day 16, the two tribes were shuffled.
- Exile Mountain: During a challenge the person sitting out of Manaslu would be sent to Exile Mountain.
- Jury Removal: On Day 38, the winner of the final challenge would have the choice to remove a jury member.
